2018年第五届中日流体动力论坛征文通知
Call for papers for the 5th China-Japan Joint Workshop on Fluid Power
作为流体传动与控制领域中日青年学者交流计划的一部分，由中国机械工程学会流体传动与控制分会和日本油空压学会组织的第5届中日流体动力论坛将于2018年7月23日在中国北京举行。
前四届分别于兰州 （2010）、东京（2012）、太原（2014）、东京（2016）成功举办，有力的促进了中日双方在流体传动与控制领域的学术交流与合作，已经成为优秀青年学者展示科研成果、开展国际交流的重要舞台。
中日流体动力论坛的举办时间依托中日双方各自的国内流体传动与控制学术会议，是各自学术大会的一个重要组成部分，每次中日双方各自遴选出5篇代表性论文，并在会议上演讲。
2018年的第五届中日流体动力论坛由中方主办，此次会议的主题：智能流体传动与控制。征文与会议时间计划表如下：
3月5日截止：国内征集论文，提交论文长摘要给流体传动与控制分会(联系人：浙江大学徐兵教授，bxu@zju.edu.cn,手机：18857145885)。要求：A4纸2页，1000字左右，不超过4张图和曲线；（不限于此，只要能展示论文的水平，多几页也可）
3月25日，分会组织专家评审并最终筛选出中日双方的10篇优秀学术论文；发录用通知给作者，要求提供全文，并提供给大家相应模板（中方负责模板）。日方把最终遴选出的5篇论文作者相关信息交给中方，开始办理相关人员来华签证工作。
5月1日，双方10篇论文的全文提交截止日。
5月10日，2名中方评审者检查中日双方的论文内容和格式要求，评审结果和修改意见反馈给作者。
6月10日，论文最后提交截止日。
7月23日，日方相关人员来华参加第5届中日流体动力论坛会议。
中日流体动力论坛是中日双方青年学者每两年一次的代表性成果展示，代表了中日双方在流体传动与控制领域学术界的水平。因此经过流控分会领导机构的批准和同意，特面向全国征集能够代表中国流控领域近2年科技成果的优秀论文，学会将组织专家对征集的论文进行评审和筛选，最终确定5篇代表中方的论文。
As part of China and Japan Exchange program for young scholars in Fluid power transmission and control, the 5th China-Japan Joint workshop on Fluid Power, Organized by Fluid Power Transmission and Control Institute of Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society and Japan Fluid power Society, will be held in Beijing, China in 23th July,2018.
Former four-time workshop successfully organized respectively in Lanzhou (2010), Tokyo (2012), Taiyuan (2014), Tokyo (2016) , and powerful promotion exchanges and academic cooperation in FPTCI and JFPS, the Joint workshop has become a showcase achievements of outstanding young scholars, and an important stage for international exchanges.
China-Japan workshop on Fluid power held in each two years, and arranged correspondingly in respective domestic fluid power transmission and control Conference. Selected 10 representative papers will be presented on the each workshop.
The 5th China-Japan joint workshop on Fluid Power will be hosted by the Chinese side, and the theme of this Conference: Smart fluid power transmission and control. Call for papers Schedule is as follows:
● March 5, 2018: Deadline for extended abstracts: Long abstracts of papers submitted to Chinese fluid power transmission and control institution(FPTCI). Requirements: A4 type, 2 or 3 pages, about 1000 words, no more than 4 pictures and curves.
● March 25, 2018: FPTCI organized an expert review and eventually filter out both sides of 10 academic papers. Send a notification to the author, requested the full text paper, and available to everyone the template. JFPS eventually give the author information to the Chinese side started dealing with relevant work for applying visa.
● May 1, 2018: Full text paper submission deadline of 10 papers on both sides.
● May 10, 2018: 2 Chinese reviewers check both sides of the paper content and format requirements. Review and modify opinions feedback to the authors.
● June 10, 2018:Deadline for submitting the full text papers modified.
● July 23, 2018: Japanese experts come to China to attend the 5th China-Japan workshop on fluid power.
